Bugünün nesillerinin gereksinimlerini giderirken gelecek nesillerin ihtiyaçlarını şimdiden planlamanın önemi eskiye göre daha da artmıştır. Bu çalışmada, tedarikçi değerlendirme ve seçme sürecine sürdürülebilirlik başlığının eklenmesiyle günümüz şartlarına daha uygun hale getirilerek ve objektif değerlere bağlı kalınması amaçlanmaktadır. İlk olarak literatür araştırması yapılmış ve sürdürülebilir tedarikçi seçimi kriterleri tespit edilmiştir. Daha sonra savunma sanayisinde üretim yapan ana Sanayi firmasından seçilen karar vericilerden, bu çalışmanın uygulamasında kullanılmak amacıyla belirlenmiş olan kriterleri ve alt kriterleri önem derecelerine göre değerlendirmeleri istenmiştir. Kriterlerin Bulanık AHP yöntemi ile ağırlıkları belirlenmiştir. Sürdürülebilir tedarikçi kavramının tedarikçi seçimi süreçlerine dahil olmasıyla çevre, sosyal, kalite güvence, ekonomi ve üretim kriterleri kullanılarak tedarikçi seçimi yapılmıştır. Alternatif seçiminde ise Bulanık EDAS ve Bulanık VIKOR yöntemleri kullanılmıştır. Sonuçlar incelendiğinde firmanın çalıştığı aktif tedarikçilerin sıralamalarda ilk çıktığı gözlemlenmiştir. Karar vericilerin tutarlı olduğunun bir göstergesidir. Kullanılan iki yöntemde aynı alternatifin ilk çıkması yöntemlerin doğru uygulandığını göstermektedir. Farklı çok kriterli karar verme metotlarının kombinasyonu ve ele alınan çok sayıda alt ölçütlerin sürdürülebilirlik temalı olması, mevcut çalışmalara göre bu tez çalışmasını özgün ve kaliteli kılmaktadır.
The importance of planning for the needs of future generations while meeting the needs of today's generations has increased even more compared to the past. In this study, it is aimed to make the supplier evaluation and selection process more suitable for current conditions by adding the sustainability topic and adhering to objective criteria. Firstly, a literature review was conducted, and the criteria for sustainable supplier selection were identified. Subsequently, decision-makers selected from the main industry company producing in the defense industry were asked to evaluate the criteria and sub-criteria determined for use in the application of this study according to their importance ratings. The weights of the criteria were determined using the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. Sustainable supplier selection was made using environmental, social, quality assurance, economic, and production criteria with the inclusion of the concept of sustainable supply in the supplier selection processes. Fuzzy EDAS and Fuzzy VIKOR methods were used in alternative selection. When the results were examined, it was observed that the active suppliers with whom the company works came out on top in the rankings. This is an indicator of the consistency of decision-makers. The fact that the same alternative came out on top in both methods indicates that the methods were applied correctly. The combination of different multi-criteria decision-making methods and the large number of sub-criteria considered being sustainability-themed make this thesis study original and high-quality compared to existing studies.
