Aim: Lichen planus is a papulosquamous disorder generally localized to flexures, extremities, genitalia, and oral mucosa. Solitary involvement of glans penis is very rare. A case of lichen planus localized on glans penis is presented with clinical and histopathological features and related literatur is reviewed.
