Abstract:

Work Assessment and Wage Management is a process that covers the activities related to the determination and comparison of the value of a job with other jobs, the development of wage strategies and policies, the implementation and maintenance of the wage management system. Business valuation and wage management, which is a function of human resources management, is an aspect that should pay attention to in their way to success. Tourism are where human resources management becomes more important due to the characteristic of working-tension. The success of tourism enterprises, in addition to having an effective human resource, also depends on a successful wage management process. The aim of this study is to ensure that the problems in tourism enterprises are assessed in a general perspective in the framework of business assessment and wage management, which is an important human resource management function. In this context, previous studies on the subject in the relevant literature have been examined and detailed the scope of business assessment and wage management, the problems within the scope of business assessment and wage management in wage systems and tourism enterprises. In the process of solving the problems, the role and importance of the human resource management unit has also been emphasized. As a result, the study, using literary scan and observation techniques from the quality research methods, identified the problems that occur in the process of business assessment and wage management and presented recommendations to business managers and researchers on the problem solving.
