Bu çalışmanın amacı önceki çalışmalardan yola çıkarak tükenmişlik kavramına iliksin kavramsal bir çerçeve sunmaktır. Modern toplumlarda değişim ve gelişim hayatın her alanında hızlı bir şekilde devam ederken bu durum birçok sorunun da ortaya çıkmasına sebep olmaktadır. Bu sorunların biride tükenmişliktir. Tükenmişlik özellikle insanlarla yüz yüze ilişki kurulması gereken mesleklerde çalışan bireylerde daha fazla görülmektedir.
Tükenmişliğe yönelik olarak gerçekleştirilen ilk çalışmalardan (Freudenberger,1974; Maslach ve Jackson,1981) bu zamana kadar yapılan çalışmalara bakıldığında, bir taraftan değişik meslek veya işlere yönelik tükenmişlik düzeyi tespitleri yapılırken, diğer taraftan kavrama ilişkin teorik yapının oluşturulmaya çalışıldığı gözlenmektedir.
Cinsiyet, yaş, kişilik, görev süresi, değerler, sosyal destek gibi kişisel ve sosyal özellikler, iş yükü, iş üzerindeki kontrol seviyesi, ödüller, örgüte karşı duyulan aidiyet duygusu ve adalet gibi iş ve örgütle ilgili özellikler tükenmişlikte azaltıcı veya artırıcı bir etkiye sahiptir.
Öğretmenlik mesleği de insanlarla birebir ilişki kurmanın zorunlu olduğu meslek grubunda yer aldığından eğitim çalışanlarında tükenmişlik duygusu sık görülmektedir. Öğretmenin tükenmişlik yaşaması, eğitim hizmetinin kalitesini azaltacağından ülkenin eğitim hedefine ulaşmasına, yetişen neslin çağın gerektirdiği donanıma sahip olmasına ve sağlıklı bir kişilik geliştirmesine engeldir. Eğitimi ilgilendiren hiçbir sorun ötelenmemeli en kısa zamanda çözülmelidir.
Son olarak çalışmada tükenmişlik ile baş etmeye yönelik olarak gerek bireysel gerekse örgütsel düzeyde neler yapılabilir sorusuna yanıt aranmıştır.
The purpose of this study is to provide a conceptual framework that is linked to the concept of extinction, starting from previous studies. In modern societies, change and development continues rapidly in all areas of life, and this situation causes many problems to arise. These problems are exhausted. Extinction is more common especially in individuals working in the professions that need to be faced-to-face relationships with people.
From the first studies conducted towards extinction (Freudenberger, 1974; Maslach and Jackson, 1981) to the studies conducted until now, it is observed that, on the one hand, extinction levels for different professions or jobs are determined, while on the other hand, the theoretical structure of conception is attempted to be created.
Personal and social characteristics such as gender, age, personality, term of office, values, social support, labor burden, level of control over the work, awards, the feeling of membership to the organization and justice, business and organization related characteristics have a reducing or increasing effect on exhaustion.
The teaching profession is also part of the professional group where it is mandatory to establish relationships with people, and the feeling of exhaust is often seen in the educational staff. The teacher's experience of exhaust will prevent the country from achieving the educational objective because it will decrease the quality of the educational service, the growing generation has the equipment that the age requires and develops a healthy personality. No problem involving education should be solved as soon as possible.
Finally, in the study, the answer to the question of what can be done at an individual or organizational level is needed to deal with exhaust.
The purpose of this use is to present a framework for the concept of birth based on previous studies. Personal and social characteristics such as gender, age, personality, tenure, values, social support, workload, level of control over the job, rewards, sense of help towards the organization, and justice related to the job and organization have the characteristic of decreasing or increasing use in education. has.
Since the teaching profession includes a profession where it is mandatory to establish one-to-one relationships with people, the feeling of completion in education and employment is common. Since the teacher's childhood will reduce the confidentiality of the education service, reaching the education goal in the country prevents the classrooms of the growing generation from being equipped and developing a healthy personality. Any problem that will receive the training should not be postponed and should be resolved as soon as possible.
Finally, an answer was sought to the question of what can be done at the individual level in order to start with embracing children.
