Bu araştırmanın genel amacı; aday öğretmenlerin aday öğretmen yetiştirme programına yönelik tutumlarını bazı değişkenler açısından karşılaştırmaktır. Bu araştırmada nicel araştırma yöntemlerinden genel tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Aday öğretmenlerin aday öğretmen yetiştirme programına ilişkin tutumları betimsel istatistik analizi sonuçlarına göre “Kurum İçi İletişim” boyutunda “kesinlikle katılıyorum”, diğer boyutlarda ve ölçeğin genelinde ise “katılıyorum” düzeyinde çıkmıştır. Cinsiyet değişkenine göre sosyal destek boyutunda anlamlı düzeyde farklılaştığı, bu farklılığın erkek öğretmenlerin lehine olduğu görülmüştür. Yaş ve eğitim düzeyi değişkenlerine göre anlamlı bir fark bulunmamıştır. Okul türü değişkenine göre aday öğretmenlerin sosyal destek, danışmanla ilişki ve kurum içi iletişim alt boyutlarındaki tutumlarında anlamlı bir farklılık olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır. Her üç alt boyutta da bu farklılığın lisede çalışan aday öğretmenlerin lehine olduğu görülmüştür. Aday öğretmenlerin çalıştıkları okullarda algılanan sosyo-ekonomik düzey değişkenine göre ise sosyal destek boyutunda anlamlı bir farklılık olduğu ve bu farklılığın sosyo-ekonomik düzeyi orta olan okullarda çalışan aday öğretmenlerin lehine olduğu belirlenmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda aday öğretmenlerin aday öğretmen yetiştirme programına yönelik tutumlarının genel olarak olumlu olduğu söylenebilir. Cinsiyet değişkenine göre erkek aday öğretmenlerin sosyal destek boyutundaki tutumlarının daha olumlu olduğu, okul yöneticilerinin tutum ve davranışlarını daha motive edici buldukları, mesleki gelişimleri için gereken desteği aldıkları, kendilerini daha güvende hissettikleri ve kendilerini daha çok okulun değerli bir üyesi olarak gördükleri şeklinde yorumlanabilir. Okul türü değişkeni açısından incelendiğinde; lisede çalışan aday öğretmenlerin; ilkokul ve ortaokulda çalışan öğretmenlere göre okul yöneticilerinin tutum ve davranışlarından mesleki gelişimleri için gerekli olan destekten memnun oldukları, kendilerini güvende hissettikleri ve okulun değerli bir üyesi olarak gördükleri ifade edilebilir. Algılanan sosyo-ekonomik düzeyi orta olan okullarda çalışan aday öğretmenlerin aday öğretmen yetiştirme programına ilişkin tutumlarının daha olumlu olduğu söylenebilir.
The general purpose of this study is to compare the attitudes of the candidate teachers towards the candidate teacher training program in terms of some variables. In this study, a general scan model from quantum research methods was used. The attitudes of the candidate teachers regarding the candidate teacher training program, according to the results of the visual statistical analysis, "I definitely agree" in the size of "Internal Communication" and "I agree" in other dimensions and throughout the scale. The gender variable has seen a significant difference in the size of social support, this difference has been shown to be in the benefit of male teachers. There is no significant difference between age and education. According to the type of school variable, there is a significant difference in the attitudes of the candidate teachers in the social support, the relationship with the consultant and the sub-dimensions of institutional communication. In all three sub-dimensions, this difference was shown to be in favour of the candidate teachers working in high school. According to the socio-economic level variable perceived in the schools where the candidate teachers work, there is a significant difference in the size of social support and this difference is determined to the benefit of the candidate teachers working in the schools where the socio-economic level is medium. The research finds that the attitudes of the candidate teachers towards the candidate teacher training program are generally positive. Gender variable can be interpreted in the way that the attitudes of male candidate teachers in the social support scale are more positive, that the school managers find their attitudes and behaviors more motivating, that they receive the support they need for their professional development, that they feel safer and that they see themselves more as a valuable member of the school. When examined from the point of view of the type of school; the high school-employed candidate teachers, according to the primary and secondary school-employed teachers, are satisfied with the support necessary for their professional development from the attitudes and behaviors of the school managers, feel safe and see themselves as a valuable member of the school. It can be said that the attitudes of the candidate teachers working in schools with the social-economic level being perceived are more positive about the candidate teacher training program.
