Bu çalışma memurların iş yaşamında sürekli olarak karşılaştıkları duygusal emek iş tatmini ve iş stresi değişkenleri arasındaki ilişkiyi incelemek amacıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmada kullanılmak üzere üç ölçekli anket formu oluşturulmuş ve bu anket formu ile söz konusu değişkenlerin ölçülmesi amaçlanmıştır. Çalışma Konya ilinde istihdam eden memurlar üzerinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Elde edilen veriler paket programlar aracılığı ile frekans analizi, t- testi, korelasyon analizi ve regresyon analizi analizleri uygulanmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda duygusal emek davranışının iş stresini negatif yönde etkilediği, duygusal emeğin yüzeysel davranış boyutunun iş stresini pozitif yönde etkilediği saptanmıştır. Aynı zamanda duygusal emek davranışının iş tatminini pozitif yönde etkilediği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
This study was carried out with the aim of studying the relationship between the emotional work satisfaction and the work stress variables that officials constantly encounter in their work life. Three scale survey forms have been created to be used in the research and the purpose of this survey form is to measure the variables concerned. The work was carried out on the officers employed in the province of Konya. The obtained data has been applied through package programs through frequency analysis, t-test, correlation analysis and regression analysis analysis. The study found that emotional work behavior affects work stress in a negative direction, and that the surface behavior size of emotional work affects work stress in a positive direction. It is also concluded that emotional work behavior affects work satisfaction in a positive direction.
