So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.

Abstract:

ÖZET İlaç kullanımına uyum, reçete edilen ilacın belirlenen süre boyunca, sağlık profesyoneli tarafından önerilen zamana, doza ve sıklığa uygun olarak kullanılmasını ifade etmektedir. Solid organ transplantasyonu yapılan hastaların uzun yıllar çok sayıda ilaç kullanmak durumunda kalmaları ilaç kullanımına uyum konusunda sıkıntı yaşamalarına neden olabilmektedir. İmmünsupresif ilaç kullanımına uyumsuzluk tedavinin başarısını olumsuz yönde etkilemekte, rejeksiyon, greft kaybı ve hatta ölüme kadar varabilen sonuçlara yol açabilmektedir. Solid organ transplantasyonu yapılan hastaların immünsupresif ilaç kullanımına uyumsuzlukları nedeniyle oluşan tıbbi ve ekonomik olumsuzlukların önüne geçebilmek için hastaların immünsupresif kullanımına uyumunun değerlendirilmesi ve bu değerlendirmenin rutin klinik izlemin bir parçası haline getirilmesi gerekmektedir. Hemşirelerin, “ilaç kullanımına uyumu” standart ölçüm araçları ile değerlendirmesi, uyumsuzluk durumunu tespit ederek iyileştirmek üzere girişimlerde bulunması tedavinin başarısı açısından son derece önemlidir. Anahtar Kelimeler: İmmünsupresif; solid organ transplantasyonu; ilaç kullanımına uyum   ABSTRACT Immunosuppressive Medication Adherence After Solid Organ Transplantation Medication adherence means that the drug prescribed is used consistently according to the time, dose, and frequency recommended by the health professional during the period determined. The fact that patients who have undergone solid organ transplantation have to use multiple immunosuppressive drugs continuously or for long many years causes them to experience difficulties with medication adherence. Immunosuppressive medication nonadherence negatively affects the success of treatment and may cause rejection, graft loss and death. To prevent medical and financial problems related to immunosuppressive medication nonadherence in solid organ transplant patients, medication adherence should be evaluated and assessing of medication adherence must be a part of routine clinical monitoring. The evaluation of medication adherence using standard measurement methods, determination of nonadherence and having taken a step to improve medication adherence by the nurses are considerably important for the success of treatment. Abstract:

Compliance with the use of the drug means that the prescribed drug is used for a determined period of time, according to the time, dosage and frequency recommended by the health professional. Patients with solid organ transplants have been in need of taking a lot of medications for many years can cause them to have trouble adapting to their use of medications. The use of immunosuppressive medications negatively affects the success of the treatment of disconformity, which can lead to rejection, loss of the infection and even death. In order to prevent medical and economic disadvantages caused by immunosuppressive use by patients with solid organ transplantation, the patient's conformity to immunosuppressive use should be assessed and this assessment should be made part of routine clinical monitoring. The assessment of "compliance with the use of the drug" by standard measurement tools by nurses is extremely important for the success of the treatment, and the attempts to improve by detecting the condition of incompatibility are extremely important.
