1979 yılındaki İran Devrimi’nin, dünyada olduğu gibi Türkiye’de de çoğu İslamcı hareket üzerinde büyük bir etkisi olmuştur. Devrimin ardından Türkiye’de devrime yönelik farklı tepkiler ortaya konulmuştur. Siyasi alanda Türkiye’nin üç önemli endişesi bulunmaktadır. Bunlar, İran’ın toprak bütünlüğünün bölünmesi endişesi, İran’ın komünizmin etkisi altına girmesi endişesi ve İran’da kurulan şeriat rejiminin endişesidir. Siyasi endişelerin aksine Türkiye ve İran’ın ekonomik ilişkileri gelişerek devam etmiştir. Toplumsal düzeyde ise iki farklı görüş bulunmaktadır. Türkiye’deki İslamcı çevreler İran Devrimi’ni farklı biçimlerde algılamışlardır. Bu hareketler içerisinde Devrim’i tümden reddedenler ya da İslami bir devrim olarak kabul edip mezhebi yönden eleştirenler olduğu gibi, devrime tamamen olumlu yaklaşıp benimseyenler ve benzeri bir devrimi Türkiye’de de gerçekleştirmek isteyenler de olmuştur. İlk gruba göre İran Devrimi İslami bir devrim değildir ve Batı’nın ya da Sovyetlerin etkisi altında gelişmiştir. Şiiliğe karşı olumsuz bir tavra sahip bu gruba göre Şiilik, İslam’a fitne sokmaktadır. Buna ek olarak, İran Devrimi’nin lideri Ayetullah Humeyni dini araçsallaştırmakta ve Şiiliği bir din gibi sunmaktadır. Bu sebeple İran Devrimi’ne karşı çıkılması gerekmektedir. Diğer grup ise Şiiliği İslami bir mezhep olarak görmekte ve İran Devrimi’nin ezilenlerin yanında ve müstakberlere karşı yapılmış bir uyanış hareketi olduğunu düşünmektedir. Devrim’e yönelik bu farklı bakışlar siyasal ve toplumsal hayatı etkilemesinin yanı sıra etkilerini basılan kitaplarda da göstermiştir. Propaganda niteliğinde sayılabilecek bu kitaplar, devrimi farklı yönlerden ele almışlardır. Kitaplardan bazıları, dini ve milli kimlikler üzerinden bir öteki algısı yaratma ve böylelikle İran Devrimi’nin Türkiye toplumuna ve Türkiye’deki yerleşik dini yapıya yabancılığını vurgulayarak devrimin olası etkilerini azaltmayı amaçlamıştır. Bazıları ise devrimin ve devrimi gerçekleştiren kadronun öne sürdüğü evrensel ve kapsayıcı dini anlayış çerçevesinde devrimin önemini Türkiye’ye tanıtmayı hedeflemiştir. Çalışma bu bağlamda, Devrim’den sonra Türkiye’de yayımlanan ve İran Devrimi’ni konu edinen söz konusu bu kitaplar üzerinden Devrim’in Türkiye’de algılanışını ele alacaktır. Çalışma söz konusu kitapları üç parametre etrafında inceleyecektir. İlk olarak, devrimin uluslararası boyutu ele alınacak ve söz konusu kitapların Soğuk Savaş konjonktüründe devrimin kaynağını tanımlamaları irdelenecektir. İkinci olarak, devrimin niteliğine, İran algılayışına ve Humeyni hakkındaki fikirlerine bakılacaktır. Bu kısımda devrimin İslami olup olmadığı, Türkiye-İran ilişkileri gibi konular ele alınacaktır. Son olarak, söz konusu kitapların Şiiliğe bakışları tartışılacaktır. Bu kısımda Şiiliğin Türkiye’deki toplumsal çevrelerden nasıl algılandığı izlenecektir. Sonuç olarak, devrimin İran’da yerleşme ve benimsenme sürecinde Türkiye’den görünüşünün bir fotoğrafı, söz konusu kitaplar aracılığıyla çekilecektir. Çalışmada birincil kaynaklar kullanılmış olup çalışma Türkiye İran ilişkilerine farklı bir boyut katmak ve Türkiye-İran ilişkilerini ele alan literatür tarafından henüz değinilmemiş bir alanı ele alması hasebiyle literatüre önemli bir katkı sunmak iddiasındadır.
The 1979 Iran Revolution has had a great impact on the Islamic movement in Turkey, as well as in the world. After the revolution there were different reactions to the revolution in Turkey. There are three major concerns of Turkey in the political field. These are concerns about the division of Iran’s territorial integrity, concerns about Iran’s influence of communism, and concerns about the Sharia regime established in Iran. Contrary to political concerns, the economic relations between Turkey and Iran have continued to develop. There are two different opinions on a social level. Islamist circles in Turkey have perceived the Iranian Revolution in different forms. In these movements there have been those who completely rejected the Revolution or who accepted it as an Islamic revolution and criticized it from a religious point of view, who approached and adopted the revolution completely positively and who wanted to carry out a similar revolution in Turkey. According to the first group, the Iranian Revolution is not an Islamic revolution and has evolved under the influence of the West or the Soviets. According to this group with a negative attitude to the Shiite, the Shiite puts fit to Islam. In addition, the leader of the Iranian Revolution, Ayatollah Humeyni, instrumentalizes the religion and presents the Shiite as a religion. Therefore, it is necessary to resist the Iranian Revolution. The other group sees the Shiite as an Islamic discipline and believes that the Iranian Revolution is a awakening movement made alongside the oppressed and against the protesters. These different views on the revolution have shown their influence on political and social life as well as their influence in books that are printed. These books, which can be considered as propaganda, have addressed the revolution from different aspects. Some of the books aimed at creating a different perception through religious and national identities and thus emphasizing the foreignity of the Iranian Revolution to the Turkish society and to the established religious structure in Turkey to reduce the potential effects of the revolution. Some, however, aimed to introduce the importance of the revolution to Turkey in the framework of the universal and comprehensive religious understanding that the revolution and the revolution carried out by the staff. In this context, the study will discuss the perception of the Revolution in Turkey through these books which are published in Turkey after the Revolution and which are on the subject of the Iran Revolution. The study will examine the books on the subject in three parameters. First, the international dimension of the revolution will be discussed and the books in question will be discussed to define the source of the revolution in the context of the Cold War. Secondly, we will look at the nature of the revolution, the perception of Iran and its ideas about Humeyni. This section will discuss whether the revolution is Islamic, such as the relations between Turkey and Iran. Finally, the books on the subject will be discussed. In this section, we will see how Shiilians are perceived from the social environments in Turkey. As a result, a picture of the appearance of Turkey in the process of the settlement and adoption of the revolution in Iran will be taken through these books. The study has used primary resources and the study is claiming to contribute significantly to literature in order to add a different dimension to the relations of Turkey and Iran and to address a field that has not yet been addressed by the literature that deals with the relations of Turkey and Iran.
