Öz Arap dili ile ilgili ilk çalışmalar Ebu’l-Esved ed-Duelî ile birlikte Basra’da başlamıştır. Daha sonraki zamanlarda ise bu amaca yönelik olarak Kûfe, Bağdat, Mısır ve Endülüs dil ekolleri oluşmuştur. Ancak nahiv ilmi daha çok Basra ve Kûfe dil ekolleri denilen iki ana ekol tarafından temsil edilmiş, böylece nahiv kâideleri Basra ve Kûfe dil ekollerinin önde gelen dil bilginleri sayesinde olgunlaşmıştır. Bağdat dil ekolü mensupları daha çok Basra ve Kûfe dil ekollerinin görüşleri arasında tercihte bulunmuş, Mısır ve Endülüs dil ekolü mensupları ise önceden telif edilen eserlere şerh ve hâşiye yazarak nahiv ilminin gelişmesine katkıda bulunmuşlardır. Abstract The first studies on the Arabic language started in Basra with Ebu'l-Esved ed-Duelî. Later, for this purpose, Kufa, Baghdad, Egypt and Andalusian language ecoles were formed. However, Nahiv studies are mostly represented by two main ecoles called Basra and Kufa language ecoles. Thus, the nahiv tinctures were matured by the leading language scholars of the Basra and Kûfe language ecoles. The members of the Baghdad language ecoles preferred the views of the Basra and Kufa language ecoles. The members of the Egyptian and Andalusian language ecoles contributed to the development of nahiv by writing commentary and inscription to the works previously written. The first study of Arabic began with Abu’l-Esved ed-Duelî in Basra. In the later times, the languages of Kuwait, Baghdad, Egypt and Endulus were formed for this purpose. But the knowledge of Nahiv was more represented by the two main ecolls called Basra and Kûfe language ecolls, so the nahiv cages mature thanks to the leading language scientists of Basra and Kûfe language ecolls. The members of the Baghdad language association were preferred among the views of the Basra and the Koufe language association, while the members of the Egyptian and Endulus language association contributed to the development of the Nahiv knowledge by writing sherh and hassy to the previously edited works.
