The aim of this study is to conduct an overall evaluation of the translation of the articles in the journal of Eğitim Hareketleri published in 1955 – 1980. In order to achieve this aim, the total 3153 articles in the journal consisting of 286 issues have been examined and the translated articles have been determined. The issues handled in the translated articles have been gathered under certain categories after they have been evaluated through the method of content analysis. At the end of the survey, it is seen that; teaching profession, higher education, measurement and evaluation in education, management and inspection of education, comparative education, educational psychology and school reforms issues are dealt with in the translated articles in the journal.
