So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

Çalışma hayatına ait giriş düzeyinde bilgilerin elde edildiği ve meslek adaylarına, mesleğin ve sektörün tanınması yönünde faydalar sağlayan staj süreci, işletmelerin insan kaynakları bölümü için önemli bir personel temin, eğitim ve geliştirme yöntemi olarak günümüzde gittikçe önem kazanmaktadır. Bu düşünceden hareketle gerçekleştirilen bu çalışmada, mesleki eğitim, staj, insan kaynakları yönetimi işlenmiş ve çalışma bir uygulama ile son bulmuştur.
