So many results that aren't mine?

Yerel, bölgesel ve küresel güçler uzun süredir siyasi, askeri ve ekonomik açıdan IŞİD ile mücadele etmektedir. Bu makale, IŞİD ile mücadelenin, 2014 sonrası uluslararası toplumun ortak sorunu haline geldiğini savunmaktadır. Bu güçlerin IŞİD ile mücadelesinin, sadece küresel terörizmle mücadele olmadığı, aynı zamanda Suriye ve Irak’ta yerel ve bölgesel güçlerin birbirlerine karşı kullandığı dış politika enstrümanı haline geldiği ileri sürülmektedir. IŞİD ile olan mücadele, Örgütün gelinen noktada Suriye ve Irak’ta toprak hakimiyetini kaybetmesine rağmen Ortadoğu’daki güç dengesi üzerinde önemli etkilere yol açmıştır. Çalışmada bu sorunsal, tarihsel süreçler, resmî belgeler ve olaylar üzerinden incelenmektedir.

Local, regional and global powers have long been fighting against ISIS politically, militarily and economically. This article argues that the fight against ISIS has become the common problem of the international community after 2014. It is argued that these forces’ fight against ISIS has become not only a fight against global terrorism, but also a foreign policy instrument used by local and regional powers against each other in Syria and Iraq. The struggle with ISIS has caused significant effects on the balance of power in the Middle East, even though the organization has lost its sovereignty in Syria and Iraq at the point reached. In the study, these questions are examined through historical processes, official documents and events.
