Abstract:

2008 yılında ABD’de başlayan finansal kriz küreselleşme ve entegre ekonomilerin bir sonucu olarak Türkiye dahil olmak üzere tüm dünyayı etkisi altına almıştır. ABD’de mortgage piyasalarında riskli ve geri dönmeyen kredilerin yol açtığı kriz, finansal ve reel piyasaları küresel çapta olumsuz bir şekilde etkilemiştir. Bu çerçevede krizin ekonomiler üzerindeki olumsuz etkilerini giderebilmek adına ülkeler çeşitli para ve maliye politikaları geliştirmişlerdir.
