Öğretmenlerin yaşam boyu öğrenme eğilimlerini ortaya çıkarmak ve demografik özelliklere göre anlamlı bir fark olup olmadığını belirlemek amacıyla yürütülen çalışma nicel araştırma yöntemlerinden tarama modeline göre desenlenmiştir. Çalışmanın evrenini 2021-2022 eğitim-öğretim döneminde İzmir ili Aliağa ilçesinde MEB’e bağlı okullarda görevli öğretmenler oluştururken örneklemini ise basit seçkisiz örneklem yöntemi ve gönüllülük esasıyla belirlenen 191 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Çalışmada “Yaşam Boyu Öğrenme Eğilim Ölçeği (YBÖEÖ)” çevrimiçi sisteme yüklenerek katılımcıların görüşleri alınmıştır. Araştırma bulguları incelendiğinde öğretmenlerin yaşam boyu öğrenme eğilimleri ile öğrenmeye isteklilik ve gelişime açıklık alt boyutu eğilimlerinin “yüksek düzey” olduğu; cinsiyet, yaş, medeni durum, eğitim durumu ve mesleki kıdem niteliğine göre istatistiksel olarak anlamlı farklılık oluşmadığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

Identifying Teachers' Lifelong Learning Trends

The study was carried out in order to reveal the lifelong learning trends of teachers and determine whether there is a meaningful difference according to demographic characteristics was designed according to the scanning model from quantitative research methods. The universe of study in the 2021-2022 educational-learning period is formed by teachers responsible in schools associated with MEB in the district of İzmir or Aliağa, while the sample is formed by 191 teachers determined by the simple non-selective sample method and voluntary essence. In the study, the "Life Learning Trend Scale" was uploaded to the online system and the opinions of the participants were taken. When the research findings were studied, the teacher’s willingness to learn with lifelong learning trends and the tendency to develop openly under-dimensional trends were found to be “high”; there were no statistically significant differences according to gender, age, civic status, educational status and the characteristic of professional advance.
