Abstract:

The objective of this study is to identify the levels of teachers’ organizational alienation, individual-organic consistency and positive psychological capital perception, to identify the relationship between these variables and to present solutions to the problem of organizational alienation according to the results of the research. According to this goal, a model that explains the structural relationships between the organizational alienation of teachers, individual-organic conformity and positive psychological capital perceptions has been created and data have been collected through an survey of 456 teachers who work in the state schools of the Eskişehir Tepebaşı district to test the model. The research finds that positive psychological capital subdimensions and individual-organic harmony are a significant factor affecting organizational alienation. It has also been identified the mediation effect of individual-organic harmony between the positive psychological capital and outsourcing. The result is that teachers will ensure their conformity in the organization and increase their perceptions of self-capacity and behavior changes will occur and the outsourcing will decrease. The size of optimism with the lowest participation score among the teachers' psychological capital perceptions is. This perception can be caused by many reasons. But going to healing to problems in the educational system will develop a positive way of thinking.
