Abstract:

Asaf Hâlet Çelebi (1907-1958), which we can recognize intellectually as one of the most equipped poets of the Republic Literature, is an artist who has taken advantage of both Eastern culture and Western culture and therefore needs a qualified reading audience to understand his poems that can be described as "males". The Chelebi, which signs works that don’t fit to the “sensitive thinking patterns”, is a “different” mosaic that has not been sufficiently understood and its value has been later perceived. In this study, we will try to evaluate the Chelebi, which in the same period has been painted in poems with the Strange Stream, which has brought a lot of sound with its performances in our modern poetry, and which must be re-founded with different readings, around the concept of “Strange”.
