So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

Son yıllarda pozitif psikoloji alanından hareketle örgütlerde, olumsuz davranışlar yerine pozitif davranışlara yönelen pozitif örgütsel davranış akımı ortaya çıkmıştır. Örgütlere yeni bir bakış açısı sunan bu yaklaşımın neticesinde kişinin öz-yeterlilik, umut, iyimserlik ve dayanıklılık gibi psikolojik kapasitelerinin birleşmesiyle ortaya çıkan insan sermayesi ve sosyal sermayenin ötesinde “pozitif psikolojik sermaye” kavramından bahsedilmektedir. Bu çalışmada pozitif örgütsel davranış ile bu yaklaşımdan doğan psikolojik sermaye kavramının ilişkisi incelenerek bu kavramı diğer pozitif yaklaşımlardan ayıran özellikleri ve kavramın örgüt psikolojisi alanına etkileri ortaya konmaya çalışılmıştır. Kavramın ortaya çıkışını, bileşenlerini ve örgüt psikolojisi alanına getirdiği yeni bakış açısını anlamanın; kavramın araştırılması ve geliştirilmesi için yapılacak çalışmalara katkı sağlayacağı beklenmektedir.
