Abstract:

Bu araştırmanın amacı, çalışanların örgütsel adaleti ne şekilde algıladıklarının ve farklı demografik özelliklerin algılamaları farklılaştırıp farklılaştırmadığının belirlenmesidir. Araştırma Türkiye’de 551 büyükşehir belediye çalışanı ile yapılan anket çalışması sonucunda ortaya çıkan bilgilerden derlenmiştir. Elde edilen veri, Niehoff ve Moorman (1993) tarafından geliştirilen “Örgütsel Adalet Ölçeği” ile toplanmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda örgütsel adalet algısının cinsiyet, yaş ve çalışma şekline göre farklılık göstermediği fakat eğitim durumu ve işyerinde çalışma süresine göre farklılık gösterdiği ispatlanmıştır.
