Abstract:

Purpose: The research was carried out in the identificative cutting type for the purpose of studying the training and application characteristics of the care providers of children receiving chemotherapy treatment to treat complications related to treatment. Tools and Methods: 200 child care providers who received chemotherapy treatments formed the sample of the study. The data was collected with 67 questions data forms. The number, percentage, Ki-core tests were used in the evaluation. The findings: 42.4 percent of nurses said they wanted to get training from a special-trained nurses. The material used in oral care during the time of training, noting and reporting what they eat, the fiber during the bath, the use of the moisturizer after the bath, the bed/black holding locked; when the professional member of the training and the hospital returns, when blood is seen in the urine/black, the use of the moisturizer after the bath; the material used in oral care with the repetition of the training, the frequency of daily oral care, the bed/black holding locked, the use of the mask, the form of cleaning of vegetables/fruit, the choice of toys, the use of the fiber/black/black/black/black/black/black/black/black/black/black/black/black/black The result is that the training is required by a special nurse. The time of training, the repetition, the professional member who provides training affects the effectiveness of the training.
