Bu yazı bir vefeyat yazısıdır. İslam Mezhepleri Tarihi Anabilim Dalı, alanımızın duayeni Hasan Onat'ın 2020 yılındaki kaybından sonra 2022 yılında Sıddık Korkmaz'ın vefatıyla şok yaşamış 2023 yılında ise Seyit Bahcıvan'ın beklenmedik ölümüyle adeta yaprak dökümü yaşamıştır. Bahcıvan, ilim tahsili için İstanbul ve Mekke'de uzun yıllar kaldıktan sonra Konya'ya dönüp hizmetini memleketinde sürdürmüştür. İslam Mezhepleri Tarihi alanındaki önemli eserlerin edisyon kritiklerini yapmak suretiyle ilim dünyasına büyük katkılar sağlamıştır. İstanbul'daki ilim hayatı içerisinde Muhammed Emin Saraç Hocaefendi'nin büyük bir yeri vardır. Bİr taraftan Yüksek İslam Enstitüsüne devam eden Bahcıvan, 6 yıl boyunca Saraç Hoca'nın Camii derslerine devam ederek ondan birçok kitap okumuştur. Hocasının himmetleriye Mekke'ye giden Bahcıvan yurda döndükten sonra hocasından tevarüs ettiği ders okutma geleneğini Konya'da sürdürmüş, yıllarca fakülte derslerinin yanı sıra çeşitli sivil toplum kuruluşlarında öğrencilere kitap okutmuştur. Hocasından gördüğünü işleyen Bahcıvan, ölümünden yaklaşık bir ay öncesine kadar bu fahri derslere devam etmiştir.
This article is a famous writing. The Islamic Mezhepleri Historical Anabilim Dali, after the loss of our area's prayer Hasan Onat in 2020 in 2022 was shocked by the death of Siddık Korkmaz in 2023 while the unpredictable death of Seyit Bahcıvan has experienced a full-fledged leaflet. Bahcıvan returned to Konya and continued his service in his homeland after many years in Istanbul and Mecca for the distribution of science. The Islamic Messages have made great contributions to the world of science by making edition criticisms of important works in the field of history. In his scientific life in Istanbul, Muhammad Emin Saraç Hocaefendi has a great place. On the other hand, Bahcıvan, who continues to the High Islamic Institute, has read many books from him by continuing Saraç Hoca's Camii lessons for 6 years. He continued his teaching tradition in Konya after he returned to the house of Bahcıvan, who went to Mecca to his teachers, and for years he taught books to students in various civil society organizations. The teacher, who worked out what he saw, continued these glorious lessons up to about a month before his death.

After the loss of Hasan Onat, the doyen of our field, in 2020, the Department of History of Islamic Sects experienced a shock with the death of Sıddık Korkmaz in 2022, and in 2023, with the unexpected death of Seyit Bahcıvan. Bahcıvan, after spending many years in Istanbul and Mecca for the study of Islamic sects, returned to Konya and continued his service in his hometown. He made great contributions to the world of Islamic sects by editing and criticising important works in the field of History of Islamic Sects. Muhammad Emin Sarac has a great place in the scholarly life in Istanbul. Bahcıvan, who attended the Higher Islamic Institute on the one hand, attended Saraç Hoca's mosque classes for 6 years and read many books from him. Bahcıvan, who went to Mecca with the blessings of his teacher, continued the tradition of lecturing that he inherited from his teacher in Konya after returning to the country, and read books to students in various non-governmental organisations as well as faculty lectures for years. Bahcıvan, who processed what he saw from his teacher, continued these voluntary lessons until about a month before his death.
