Paranın geçmişi, takas ekonomisi, madeni para, kâğıt para, itibari para ve dijital para şeklinde tarihi bir seyir izlemiştir. Küresel likidite krizlerinin ardından artık doların rezerv para olma tekeline karşı tartışmalara başlanmış ve bu tartışmalar paralelinde 2009 yılından sonra Blok-zincir teknolojisinin yaygınlaşması Bitcoin, Etherium, Ripple ve Litcoin gibi kripto paraların finansal piyasalarda görülmesine ve yaygınlık kazanmasına yol açmıştır. Kripto paralara ilişkin önerilen alternatifler arasında petrole, yerel para birimlerine veya altına dayalı dijital para ihraçlarının iyi bir çözüm olabileceği ifade edilmektedir. Küresel piyasalarda rezerv para birimi ve alternatif ödeme sistemleri arayışı devam ederken söz konusu gelişmeler İslami piyasalar açısından değerlendirilerek bu alanda bir çözüme ihtiyaç duyulduğu gözlenmiştir. Bu çalışmada tespit edilen ihtiyaca yönelik olarak mevcut önerilerin eksik yanlarını tamamlayarak, piyasalara güven telkin eden ve alternatif bir ödeme sistemi olarak geliştirilen “İslami Coin” (IsCoin) olarak isimlendirdiğimiz helal kripto para sisteminin nasıl tasarlanması gerektiği ele alınmaktadır.
The history of money has followed a historic journey in the form of exchange economy, currency, paper currency, prestigious currency and digital currency. Following global liquidity crises, discussions against the dollar’s reserve currency have now begun, and in parallel with these discussions, the spread of blockchain technology after 2009 has led to cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin, Etherium, Ripple and Litcoin to appear and gain popularity in the financial markets. Among the proposed alternatives to crypto currencies, it is said that oil, local currencies or digital currencies based exports could be a good solution. While the search for reserve currencies and alternative payment systems in global markets continues, the developments are assessed in the Islamic markets and there is a need for a solution in this area. This study addresses the lack of aspects of the existing recommendations in terms of the need identified, discussing how to design the legal cryptocurrency system we call "Islamic Coin" (IsCoin), which is trusted in the markets and developed as an alternative payment system.
