Bu araştırmanın amacı ilk /orta okul müdürlerinin iletişim becerilerinin, yönetici ve öğretmenler arasında kurulan iletişimin, eğitim-öğretim faaliyetlerine, okul örgütüne ve okul iklimine etkilerinin incelemektedir. Nitel araştırma yöntemi ve durum çalışması deseninde yürütülen bu çalışmaya ilkokul ve ortaokullarda görev yapan toplam 12 ilk ortaokul müdürü katılmıştır. Araştırmanın katılımcılarının belirlenmesinde amaçlı örnekleme yöntemlerinden kolay ulaşılabilir örnekleme kullanılmıştır. Araştırma verilerinin toplanmasında araştırmacı tarafından ilgili alanyazına ve araştırmanın amaçlarına uygun olarak hazırlanmış yarı yapılandırılmış bir görüşme formu kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde betimsel analiz kullanılmıştır. İlk/Ortaokullardaki yönetici öğretmen iletişiminde taraflar arasında birbirini anlamaya çalışmama kaynaklı iletişim bozukluğu olduğu, ilk/Ortaokullardaki yönetici ve öğretmenler arasındaki iletişimde birbirlerine karşı saygı ve anlayışlı davranışların hakim olmadığı, katılımcıların iletişimin daha sağlıklı olması açısından eğitim, seminer ve grup toplantıları organize edilerek yönetici ve öğretmenlerin iletişimlerinin artırılabileceğine inandıkları, yönetici ve öğretmenler arsındaki ideal iletişimin karşılıklı saygı, güven ve samimiyet içerisinde olması gerektiği görülmektedir. Yönetici ve öğretmenlerin iletişiminde yaşanan sorunların çözümü için eğitim, seminer ve grup toplantıları organize edilmeli, yönetici ve öğretmenler birlikte hareket etmeleri sağlanmalıdır. Yönetici ve öğretmenler arasındaki ideal iletişimin kurulabilmesi için tarafların birbirlerine karşılıklı olarak samimi davranmaları bununla birlikte saygı ve güven duygusu içinde hareket etmeleri gerekmektedir. Eksik iletişimin çözülebilmesi için tarafların birbirlerini dinlemeyi öğrenmeleri ve birbirlerine karşılıklı olarak saygı duymaları ve empati kurmaları gerekmektedir.
The purpose of this research is to study the interaction skills of the first/second school managers, the impact of communication between managers and teachers, on educational and teaching activities, on the school organization and on the school climate. The study was carried out in the quality research method and the situation study model, with a total of 12 first high school directors working in primary and secondary schools participating in this study. For the identification of the participants in the study, easy-to-access sample methods were used. In the collection of research data, a semi-configured interview form was used prepared by the researcher in accordance with the relevant area and the purpose of the research. Imaginary analysis of data is used. In the first/second school managing teacher communication is a communication disorder caused by trying to understand each other between the parties, in the first/second school managing and teachers communication is not dominated by respectful and comprehensive behaviors against each other, participants are believed that training, seminars and group meetings are organized in terms of the communication being healthier, managing and teachers are believed that the communication can be enhanced, the ideal communication in the management and teachers should be in mutual respect, confidence and intimity. For the resolution of the problems in the communication of managers and teachers, training, seminars and group meetings should be organized, and managers and teachers should be able to act together. In order to establish the ideal communication between the managers and the teachers, the parties must behave intimately with each other, but they must act in a sense of respect and confidence. To resolve the missing communication, the parties need to learn to listen to each other and respect each other and build empathy.
The purpose of this research is to examine the effects of primary/secondary school principals' communication skills, communication between administrators and teachers, educational activities, school organization and school climate. A total of 12 primary secondary school principals working in primary and secondary schools participated in this study, which was carried out in the qualitative research method and case study design. Easily accessible sampling, one of the purposive sampling methods, was used to determine the participants of the study. In the collection of research data, a semi-structured interview form prepared by the researcher in accordance with the relevant literature and the aims of the research was used. Descriptive analysis was used in the analysis of the data. In primary/secondary schools, there is a communication disorder caused by not trying to understand each other in the communication between the parties, in the communication between the principals and teachers in primary/secondary schools, there is no respect and understanding towards each other, and in order for the participants to have a healthier communication, training, seminars and group meetings are organized by organizing the administrators and teachers. It is seen that the ideal communication between administrators and teachers should be in mutual respect, trust and sincerity. Training, seminars and group meetings should be organized to solve the problems experienced in the communication of administrators and teachers, and administrators and teachers should be provided to act together. In order for the ideal communication to be established between the administrators and the teachers, the parties should be sincere to each other and act with a sense of respect and trust. In order to solve the incomplete communication, the parties should learn to listen to each other and show mutual respect and empathy for each other.
