Abstract:

Words have an important role in teaching a language. Words and vocabulary groups are the necessary elements in the course of foreign language learning, both in terms of language use and the translation of rules. In the teaching of Turkish as a foreign language, the wording, speech and speech, which are the elements of the word and target word existence, have an important role in both developing the word existence and providing cultural translation. It is a matter of how much and when the words will be taught. It is also necessary to determine which two words, phrases and phrases should be taught at which language level. In this need, the study is aimed at identifying the twistings, phrases and phrases that pass in the Turkish reading books for foreigners; to study their frequency of use and distribution to levels. For this purpose, the study of the quality research methods with the document analysis pattern was published by the Erdem Publications and studied the twistings, phrases and speeches in Turkish reading books for foreigners consisting of 8 books, including A1, A2, B1, B2, C1 levels. The results of the content analysis showed that the words were not included in the reading books.
