Fazıl Yoldaşoğlu’nun Leyla İle Mecnun Hikâyesi Üzerine Bir İnceleme

Abstract:

Bu makalede, Özbek destancı Fazıl Yoldaşoğlu’ndan derlenen Leyla ile Mecnun adlı halk hikâyesi incelenmiştir. Leyla ile Mecnun konulu hikâyelerin Türk dünyasına yayılışı üzerinde kısaca durulduktan sonra, klasik edebiyat kaynaklı benzeri konuların Özbekistan’da halk hikâyelerine nasıl taşındığına değinilmiştir. Yoldaşoğlu varyantı, epizotlarına göre özetlenmiştir. Bu varyant, olay örgüsü bakımından Alî Şîr Nevâî’nin Leyla ile Mecnun adlı mesnevisine çok benzemektedir. Bu benzerliğin sınırlarını belirleyebilmek için, iki metin, epizotlarına göre karşılaştırılmıştır. Karşılaştırma neticesinde Yoldaşoğlu varyantının başka mesnevilerden de etkilendiği görülmüştür.
