Özet:

(Can Angel Capital Help Small & Medium Enterprises (SMEs) In Their Fınancial Problems?) As dynamic units of the economies, SMEs have become important for the countries since the 1970s because of their contributions to the economy and social systems. In the era of intense competition and rapid change, SMEs have a remarkable function in the economies as they provide a great deal of employment and production and also they can easily adapt themselves to changes. SMEs are challenging with the financial issues in their business activities. The most common problems they have are cash difficulties, market recession and higher credit interests. These problems are mainly caused by insufficient capital. In this study, Angel capital, which can be an alternative solution to the vital financial problems of SMEs, has been examined; first theoretical information about the Angel Capital model have been presented and then whether it can be an alternative solution for the financial problems of SMEs or not.
