Abstract:

Factoring is one of the financial techniques that companies use today to meet fund needs.  Factoring is a technique that companies obtain by transferring the right to the earnings arising after the sale of goods and services to a company called "factoring" or "factoring".  In this sense, the choice of factoring company is an important step in fund management, and it plays an important role in the way that can continue their activities. In this context, there are many criteria to be able to make a choice of any company from any sector in a financial sense. Therefore, rational decisions can be made in the process of making decisions. In this study, a ranking of public 8 factoring companies registered on the public lighting platform (cap) using the Promethee Method was made. The study analyzed the data of the companies between 2009 and 2015. In the study, 5 criteria were used and these criteria were given equal weight. These criteria are: factoring receipts, factoring revenues, follow-up factoring receipts, factoring debts and net-term profits/deals. These notes are made from the financial statements of the companies. The research finds that the factoring company that performs well during all the years is the Leader Factoring.
