Abstract:

In this study, more than expected, the country’s economy has been narrowed, inflation is reduced and public spaces are closed during the program, and the financial crises of November 2000 and February 2001 that can only be overcome by paying high prices, the impact on the employment levels of the companies operating in the Konya Organized Industrial Areas (KOSB) has been analyzed by applying the survey application method. The version 0 (SPSS-Statistical Package for Social Sciences) was used, the subject was evaluated in the light of the data obtained as a result of the application of the survey, first given basic information on the subject in order to create a basis. The results of the analysis show that 61.9% of the companies operating in the OSB in Konya due to the financial crises of November 2000 and February 2001 have reduced employment levels, the companies have no solid economic substructs against economic crises and volatilities, and they are unable to reach an etheric level in the economic reflection and corporateization process. The fact that a fairly high corporate ownership is about 40 per cent, first shows economic crises as reasons for staff withdrawal, shows that the companies are unable to create sufficient capital accumulation from the economic point of view, in creating financial strength to resist economic crises, and that they are unable to manage the crisis successfully.
