Pandemi sürecindeki gelişmelere bakıldığında KOBİ’lerin etkili ve çabuk karar verebilmeleri krizin etkilerinden en düşük maliyetle çıkmaları bakımından önemlidir. Günümüz hızlı değişen dünyasında KOBİ’lerin teknolojik değişime ayak uydurmaları ve bunun gereklerini sağlamış olması bir diğer önemli husustur. Finans, insan kaynakları gibi birimleri kurmak, kurumsal yönetim anlayışı geliştirmek, alacak sigortası gibi güvenli ticaret araçlarını kullanmak, stok ve maliyetlere daha fazla önem vermek, internet ortamında var olabilmek gibi yeniden yapılanma yoluna gitmek için en doğru zaman olduğu düşünülmektedir. Bu çalışmada pandemi sürecinin KOBİ’ler üzerindeki etkilerinin araştırılması amacıyla bir alan araştırması gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmanın verileri Ankara İli’nde faaliyet gösteren 49 Küçük ve Orta Ölçekli İşletme yöneticisine anket yöntemiyle ve gönüllülük esasıyla sorulan sorular yardımıyla elde edilmiştir. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre pandemi sürecinin KOBİ’ler üzerinde önemli ölçüde etkili olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
In view of the developments in the pandemic process, it is important that women are able to make decisions effectively and quickly in order to get out of the effects of the crisis at the lowest cost. In today’s rapidly changing world, it is another important thing that the KOBI’s footsteps are adapted to the technological change and that they have fulfilled their needs. It is believed that it is the right time to go to the way of reconstruction, such as establishing units such as human resources, developing the understanding of corporate management, using secure trading tools such as receiving insurance, paying more attention to stocks and costs, being able to exist in the internet environment. In this study, a field research was conducted in order to investigate the effects of the pandemic process on women. The data of the study were obtained to 49 small and medium-sized business managers operating in Ankara by the survey method and by the help of questions asked by the volunteer. According to the results obtained, the pandemic process has been found to have a significant impact on women.
