Abstract:

Learning and teaching activities are areas with quite different characteristics. Learning activities performed in schools and guaranteed by law are known as formal education. However, in addition to these educational and teaching activities, there are also formal and informal learning environments that are carried out in non-school environments. Out-school learning environments consist of areas such as museums, scientific camps, planetariums, observation houses, astronomy and planetary centers. In these fields, students can get rid of the annoying situations and monotony that the course has given and find the opportunity to study on the site. From this point in the work, the impact of the learning environments outside the school and the stakeholders (the teacher, the student, the parent, the faculty member, the teacher candidates, the managers, etc. It is intended to determine their views. Qualitative and quantitative research methods have been used together. As a data collection tool in quantum application, science education success test, and in qualification application, interview forms have been used. The application lasted approximately three weeks. The findings obtained by the application were combined under specific topics and subjected to visual and content analysis and presented in recommendations.
