Q humma is a zoonotic disease caused by the Coxiella burnetii bacteria, which is largely triggered by milk, vaginal mucus, and ejaculation products by animals that bring relief. Cows, cows and goats are primary reservoirs in the infection of the factor to humans. In this study, 120 milk samples collected from different sheep and sheep breeds who aborted and who did not, were exposed to PZR amplification using the specific Trans 1 and 2 primates of the species derived from the transpozon repetitive gen area of the C.burnetii shell. In the milk collected from poor and neighboring regions, 10% of abortion cows and 3.33% of abortion cows had C.burnetii DNA positively identified with PZR. Sheet taken from non-aborted breeds and the positive with the PZR test was not identified in cattle milk samples. As a result, the study of the C.burnetii infection in the milk samples collected from cows and goats, which have a history of abortion and are not, is aimed at using molecular methods.
