In today’s economies, the countries that produce their own knowledge and technology and export their knowledge and technology have a more important place in the world economy in economic and social terms than other countries. The fact that the technological revolutions put the work a little more backward every time the researchers were involved in the technical elements so that a large majority of the work was excluded and the high-tech Industry 4.0 process, where savings and efficiency increases are expected, focused on the effects it will create on the labour market. The aim of this study is to develop 36 OECD countries in the period 2007-2018. The key output of the 0 system is to reveal the causal relationships between high-tech product exports and labour market efficiency through panel data analysis. According to the empirical findings of the new generation panel causality test, Emirmahmutoğlu and Köse (2011) panel causality test used, the one-way causality relationship for 8 countries from high-tech product exports to workforce efficiency for 6 countries, from high-tech product exports for 6 countries, and for 3 countries, the two-way causality relationship was identified. Industry 4 has an impact on the efficiency of the new generation of labour. In the 0 process, the workforce will also be able to process data and information by entering the transformation, the ability to have statistical knowledge and analytical thinking, the ability to understand the organizational and business processes well, the unchanged, the predictable unemployment, the predictable disability to work in a team will be prevented.
