Karakoyunlu, Akkoyunlu ve Osmanlı devletleri yalnızca coğrafi olarak değil demografik olarak da birbiriyle kesişen bir zemine sahiptir. Söz konusu ortaklık, coğrafya kadar devleti kurup yaşatacak popülasyon üzerinde de bir mücadelenin ortaya çıkmasına neden olmuştur. Türkmen toplulukların zaman zaman bir siyasi teşekkülde yer alıp hemen akabinde diğerine yönelmesi, vergiden askeri düzene kadar hemen her alanda ciddi sorunlar doğurmuş, nihayetinde iktidarların meşruluğu önemli varoluş problemleri yaşamıştır. Bu bağamda her üç devletin nesep meselesine ciddiyetle eğilmesi, tarihi kaynaklarda nesebin bir nevi kimlik inşa malzemesi olarak kullanılması dikkat çekicidir. Çalışmamızda dönemin birincil kaynaklarından hareketle Karakoyunlu, Akkoyunlu ve Osmanlı devletlerinde nesep ve meşruiyet meselelerinin ele alınışı İbn Haldun’un Mukaddime’sinden hareketle değerlendirilecektir. Böylesi bir yaklaşımın aynı zaman diliminde zuhur eden devletlerin siyasi ve mezhepsel rekabetlerini anlamak hususuna katkı sağlayacağı düşünülmektedir.
The Karakoyunlu, Akkoyunlu and Ottoman states have a land that crosses not only geographically, but also demographically. This partnership has led to a struggle on the people who will establish and live the state as far as geography. The fact that Turkmen communities were occasionally involved in one political structure and immediately turned to the other, from tax to military order, brought serious problems in almost every area, and ultimately the legitimacy of the powers experienced significant existing problems. In this context, it is remarkable that all three states are seriously concerned with the subject matter, and that the subject is used in historical sources as a material for the construction of a identity. In our study, the handling of the issues of ancestry and legitimacy in the Karakoyunlu, Akkoyunlu and Ottoman states will be evaluated based on the Mukaddime of Ibn Khaldun, based on the primary sources of the period. It is thought that such an approach will contribute to understanding the political and sectarian rivalries of the states that emerged in the same time period.
States of Aq-Qoyunlu, Qara-Qoyunlu and Ottoman have a ground intersecting each other not only geographically but also demographically. The said commonality led a struggle to emerge upon population that would found and sustain the state as well upon geography. The fact that Turcomen communities took part in a political formation (organization) from time to time and immediately after, that they went towards the other posed serious problems in almost all areas from taxes to military order (system), and ultimately legitimacy of governments in power had important existence problems. In this context, it is striking that every three states addressed the matter of lineage seriously and that the lineage was used as a sort of material of identity-building in historical sources. In our study, based on primary sources of the period, we will evaluate consideration (addressing) of problems of lineage and legitimacy in states of Aq-Qoyunlu, Qara-Qoyunlu and Ottoman, from Muqaddimah by Ibn Khaldun. It is thought that this sort of approach will contribute to the issue of understanding socio-cultural competitions and common points of states which emerged during the same period of time and intellectual atmosphere of the period.
