Abstract:

The XIX. Two major issues that influenced the Ottoman State in many ways in the century were immigration and epidemic diseases. The political emulsions of Russia in the Caucasus region began the migration of the people of the Caucasus into the Ottoman territory. In this period of mass migration is intense, cholera mainly includes flowers, tifous, frangius, etc. The illness was seen in both migrants and residents. Even if it had been possible to limit the migration events, it had not been achieved a complete success. In addition to immigration events that increased the spread rate of the disease, as well as migrants who lived in large groups in unhealthy conditions increased the lethal effect of the disease. In addition, the movement of migrants in large groups caused them to have trouble ensuring their excursions. In addition, the arrivals of Russian Muslims in the Hague during the period of continuing epidemic illnesses and their trips to Hicaz attracted the attention of many countries. For this purpose, the measures taken by the Ottoman State, as well as international health conferences were held. Instructions and messages published against inflamed diseases, established trailers, celebrations, trailers and Tahaffuz’s work played an important role in the fight against epidemic diseases of the period.
