In this case, patient with mental retardation accepted in our clinic complain with shortness of breath. Congenital abnormalities in patients with the aim of further evaluation of transesophageal echocardiography (TEE) planned. In TEE, 26 mm secundum atrial septal defect, bicuspid aortic valve was detected. Percutaneous transcatheter atrial septal defect closure with septal occluder device. Pectus excavatum, such as mental retardation or even cardiac abnormalities do not complain about aspects of the research must be done.
