Abstract:

The research conducted in order to determine whether pre-school teachers are different according to the technostres living levels and whether they are different according to some demographic factors is designed according to the scan model from quantitative research methods. The universe of study in 2021-2022 forms 267 pre-school teachers working in the official institutions associated with MEB in Ankara or Altındağ district, while the sample forms 131 pre-school teachers who participate and respond to the online survey. The study used the personal information form and the "Teachers' Technostres Levels Determination Scale" developed by Multi, Efilti and Shahin (2017). The result was that the distribution of data showed normal distribution and due to this situation the t-test in two-factor analyses, and in more than two-factor analyses the parametric tests such as the ANOVA test were performed and the findings were interpreted. The findings of the research have taken the conclusion that pre-school teachers' technostres living levels are "mediate" and that they do not make statistically significant differences according to gender, civil status, educational status, age and professional age. The results of the research have been recommended to the practitioners and researchers.
