Abstract:

Amaç: İmplant ve kemik yüzeyi arasında okluzal yükler sonucu oluşan kuvvetler implantın uzun dönem başarısını İmplantın şekli ve yapısı bu kuvvetlerin büyüklüğünü ve yönünü etkilemektedir. Bu çalışmada katı modelleme ile oluşturulan mandibula modellerine yerleştirilen silindirik, konik ve blade tip implantların horizontal, vertikal ve oblik kuvvetler altında kemikte oluşturdukları etkilerin değerlendirilmesi planlanmıştır. Gereç ve Yöntem: Mandibula ve implantların üç boyutlu sonlu elemanlar modelleri oluşturulmuş ve mandibula modellerine yerleştirilen blade, konik ve silindirik tip implantların horizontal, vertikal ve oblik kuvvetler (30N, 105N ve 210N) altında kemikte meydana getirdiği asal gerilim, gerilme ve yer değiştirme değerlendirilmiştir. Bulgular: Kuvvetlerin implant çevresindeki kemikte oluşturduğu yer değiştirme, asal gerilim ve gerilmeler şekiller ve renk skalaları ile gösterilmiştir. Elde edilen numerik veriler ise tablolarda belirtilmiştir. Sonuç: Okluzal yükler altında implantların kemikte oluşturdukları değişiklikler değerlendirildiğinde, konik implantlarınbaşarılı seçenek olduğu belirlenmiştir

Abstract:

Purpose: Forces formed as a result of occulus loads between the implant and the bone surface the long-term success of the implant The form and structure of the implant affects the size and direction of these forces. This study is planned to assess the effects of cylindrical, conic and blade-type implants placed in mandibula models created by solid modeling under horizontal, vertical and shaped forces in the bone. Instrument and Method: Three-dimensional end-elements models of mandibula and implants have been created and placed in mandibula models blade, conic and cylindrical types of implants under the horizontal, vertical and shaped forces (30N, 105N and 210N) have been assessed the original voltage, stretching and place change in the bone. The findings: the changes in the position that the forces form in the bone around the implant, the original voltage and tensions are shown by shapes and color scales. The numeric data obtained is indicated in the tables. Result: When the changes created by the implants in the bone under the occulus loads are assessed, the conic implants are determined to be a successful option.
