This study aims to determine the self-efficacy levels of the members participating in the activities carried out in youth centers affiliated to the Ministry of Youth and Sports and to reveal the effect of various variables on self-efficacy. The research was carried out with a total of 406 young people who were members of youth centers in Ankara between September 2020-December 2020 by convenience sampling method. In the study, the data were collected by using the online interview method, and the Socio-demographic Information Form, the "General Self-Efficacy Scale" adapted into Turkish by İlhan and Yıldırım (2010) were used to obtain the data. The data obtained were analyzed using SPSS 25.0 software. As a result of the hypothesis tests carried out to test the differences between the socio-demographic variables of the participants and the variables related to their interaction with the youth center and the General Self-Efficacy Scale self-efficacy of the variables of education level, place of residence for the longest time, working status, perceived income, parental partnership status, parent education status, parent employment status, people living together, number of siblings, frequency of going to youth center, reason for participating in the activity It was found that the averages of the youth members of the youth center related to gender, level of participation in activities, duration of membership, reason for being a member, and attainment variables obtained as a result of the activities differed significantly. Based on the results of the research, it has been suggested to carry out programs in various fields that support development, to support the participation of young people in the planning phase of the programs, and to raise awareness of young people about self-efficacy.
