Kur’ân’da tevhit, ibadet ve ahlâk gibi temel birçok ilkeye ait emirler olmakla birlikte, insanın hayatını, bedenî ve ruhî her türlü hastalıklardan korumayı amaçlayan ve hastalıkların bulaşmasını önleyen emirler de bulunmaktadır. Bu emirlerden biri, insan için temiz ve faydalı olan her şeyin helal kılınması, kötü ve insana zarar veren her şeyin de yasaklanmasıdır. Zira Kur’ân, her şeyden önce insanı muhatap almakta ve onu her türlü fizyolojik, psikolojik ve mikrobik hastalıklardan korumayı hedeflemektedir. Kur’ân’ın bu temel hedefleri, insanın hastalanmasını önlemekte, sağlıklı bir hayat sürmesini amaçlamakta ve toplumun sağlığını koruyabilmek için kalıcı hükümler getirmektedir. Kur’ân’ın önerdiği tedbirlerden biri, birçok bulaşıcı hastalıklara neden olması muhtemel olan, insanlar arasında kin ve husumetin oluşmasına, yuvaların yıkılmasına, insanların ruh ve beden sağlığı üzerinde olumsuz etkilere neden olan zararlı yönelişlerden birisi zinanın yasaklanmasıdır. Pek çok hastalığa sebep olabilen adet günlerindeki cinsî münasebetin yasaklanması da bu hükümlerdendir. Etinde, kanında bağırsaklarında ve yağında birçok tehlikeli mikropları barındıran domuz etinin yasaklanması da Kur’ân’ın koyduğu yasalardandır. Kur’ân’ın başka bir hükmü de birçok kötülüğe kaynaklık eden, siroz, verem ve kanser gibi hastalıklara sebep olan alkolün yasaklanmasıdır. Çalışmamızda öncelikle zinanın, adet günlerinde cinsel ilişkinin, domuz etinin ve alkolün yasaklanması; âyetlerden, hadislerden ve günümüzde geçerliliğini koruyan modern tıbbın bilimsel verilerinden istifade edilerek incelenecektir.
In the Qur’an there are many commandments of the basic principles such as Tevit, worship and morality, but there are also commandments aimed at protecting the life of man from all kinds of physical and spiritual diseases and preventing the transmission of diseases. One of these commandments is the prohibition of everything that is clean and useful to man, and the prohibition of everything that is evil and harmful to man. The Qur’an, first of all, addresses man and aims to protect him from all kinds of physiological, psychological and microbial diseases. These basic objectives of the Qur’an are to prevent the disease of man, aim to live a healthy life and bring permanent provisions to protect the health of the society. One of the measures proposed by the Qur’an is the prohibition of zinc, which is likely to cause many infectious diseases, one of the harmful directions that causes the formation of hatred and misconduct among people, the collapse of the roofs, the negative effects on the mental and physical health of people. The prohibition of sexual intercourse in menstrual days that may cause many diseases is also of these provisions. The prohibition of pig meat, which contains many dangerous microbes in the meat, the blood and the fat, is also one of the laws set by the Qur’an. Another provision of the Qur’an is the prohibition of alcohol that causes many evils, causes diseases such as sirosis, verema and cancer. In our study, first of all, the prohibition of ginseng, sexual intercourse, pig meat and alcohol will be studied by using the scientific data of the modern medicine, which preserves its validity today.
