Girişimcilik kültürü, girişimci ve girişimcilik kelimeleri son zamanlarda önemle üzerinde durulan kavramlardır. Bu kavramlar araştırmacıların ve akademisyenlerin ilgisini üzerine çekmiş ve literatürde geniş bir şekilde tartışılmıştır. Öte yandan iktisadi gelişme üzerinde girişimcilik kavramının önemli etkilerinin olduğunun kabul edilmesi, ilginin bu kavramlara yönelik artmasında önemli bir yere sahiptir. Bundan dolayı girişimcilik kavramlarının gelişmiş ülkelerin var olan durumlarını korumasında gelişmekte olan ve az gelişmiş olan ülkelerin daha üst düzey bir gelişmede bulunmasında önemli bir role sahiptir. Küreselleşen dünyanın en önemli aktörleri girişimcilerdir denilebilir. Girişimciler eliyle duyurulan yeni işletmeler gelecek zamanda çok uluslu işletmelerin oluşmasına doğrudan katkı sağlayarak, kökeninde birçok ekonomik sorunun olduğu problemler-in bölgesel, yerel, ulusal ve uluslararası düzeyde çözüm üretilmesinde stratejik bir rolünün olduğunu söylemek mümkündür.

These concepts have attracted the interest of researchers and academics and have been widely discussed in literature. Entrepreneurs can say that the new enterprises announced by hand are a direct contribution to the formation of multinational enterprises in the future, with the origins of many economic problems—the problems—that have a strategic role in the production of solutions at regional, local, national and international levels.
