Objective: Pes planus (PP) is a health problem that affects 5% of young adults. Musculoskeletal pain occurs depending on PP. In individuals with PP, musculo-skeletal pain is also accompanied by hypermobility, balance and coordination disorders. The aim of this study is to study the relationship between PP and pain, hypermobility and balance in healthy young adults aged 18 to 24. In total, 68 individuals, including 35 women and 33 men, were included. The demographic data of all individuals is recorded. PP degree with the Feiss line method, the general joint hypermobility with the Beighton hypermobility score, the pain score was assessed with the visual analog scale and the balance performance was also assessed with the single leg balance test. Results: The average age is 19.97±1. 23 years, pain levels 1.03±0.90, Beighton hypermobility scores 3.24±2.41, balance performance is 55.60±15.12 seconds in 64.7 percent of individuals with 1 degree, 26.5 percent with 2 degree, and 8.8 percent with 3 degree PP. There was a statistically meaningful relationship between the PP degree and the individual’s pain levels in a positive direction (r=0.493; P=0.015). There was no meaningful relationship between PP and hypermobility (r= 0.083; P= 0.503) and PP and balance performance (r= -0.012; P= 0.922). Result: According to the results of this study, there was a relationship between PP and pain, but there was no correlation between PP and general joint hypermobility and balanced performance scores.
