So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

Çalışmanın ana amacı, Denizli’deki aile işletmelerinde aile üyelerinin işe alımlarında ailenin etkisini görmektir. Çalışmanın ikinci amacı ise, aile üyelerinin işletmede çalışmak üzere nasıl bir eğitimden geçirildiklerini ortaya koymaktır. Bu amaçlar doğrultusunda Denizli aile işletmelerinde anket çalışması yapılmıştır. Sonuçların değerlendirilmesinde, önce aile işletmelerinin genel özelliklerinden bahsedilmiş, daha sonra aile üyelerinin işletmedeki istihdamı ve yeni nesil aile bireylerinin geleceğe hazırlanması üzerinde durulmuştur. Araştırmanın sonucunda, aile üyelerinin işletmede istihdamında ailenin etkisinin olduğu ve aile üyesi yeni neslin çocukluğundan itibaren hem iş yerinde hem de okullarda işle ilgili eğitim aldığı görülmüştür.
