I. İnönü Muharebesi, TBMM Hükümeti’nin içerdeki siyasi ve askeri muhaliflere karşı ölüm kalım savaşı verdiği kritik bir evrede başlamış Çerkez Ethem’in isyanı ile Yunan taarruzu beraber gelişmiştir. Bu mu¬harebede Düzenli Ordu birliklerinin ortaya koymuş oldukları inatçı mücadele neticesinde Yunan Ordusu geri çekilmek zorunda kalmış, bu moral ve motivasyon ile Ankara’nın başını ağrıtan Çerkez Ethem isyanı bastırılmış, BMM Hükümeti iktidarını kuvvetlendirmiş, istikbalini ise güvence altına almıştır. I. İnönü Muharebesi’nde umduğu neticeyi alamayan Yunanlar, bu defa 23 Mart 1921’de Londra Konferansı’nda kabul ettiremedikleri Sevr Antlaşması’nı silah zoru ile Türklere kabul ettirmek amacıyla ikinci defa büyük bir taarruza kalkışmış, ancak II. İnönü Muharebesi de Türk Ordusu’nun üstünlüğü ile sonuçlanmıştır. Bu muharebelerde elde edilen başarılar, iç kamuoyunda büyük yankılar uyandırmıştır. Bu çalışmada, İnönü Muharebeleri’nin iç kamuoyunda yaratmış olduğu etki ve yansımaları ele alınmıştır.
The Battle of Inönü began in a critical phase in which the government of the TBMM gave the war of death against the internal political and military opposition; the rebellion of Çerkez Ethem and the Greek rebellion developed together. In this battle the Greek army was forced to withdraw as a result of the intense struggle which the Ordinary Army unveiled, with this moral and motivation the Church Ethem rebellion that hurt the head of Ankara was suppressed, the BMM government strengthened its power, and its stability was guaranteed. The Greeks, who did not get the outcome they expected in the Battle of Inno, attempted a second major struggle to accept the Sevr Treaty, which they did not accept at the London Conference on March 23, 1921, with the aim of arming the Turks, but the second. The battle ended with the superiority of the Turkish army. The successes achieved in these struggles have raised great awareness in the inner public. In this study, we discussed the effects and reflections of the Inno Warfare created in the internal public.
