UZAKTAN EĞİTİM SÜRECİNİN BİLGİ SİSTEMLERİ BAŞARI MODELİ VE TEKNOLOJİ KABUL MODELİ İLE İNCELENMESİ: OSTİM TEKNİK ÜNİVERSİTESİ ÖRNEĞİ

Abstract:

Covid-19 salgınının ortaya çıkması ile eğitimin farklı birçok kademesinde online sistemlerin kullanım trendi hızla yükselmektedir. Online eğitim platformlarının sıklıkla kullanılır hale gelmesi, bu platformların eğitim, eğitmen ve öğrenciler üzerindeki etkilerini analiz etme gereğini ortaya çıkarmıştır. Bu çalışmada; OSTİM Teknik Üniversitesi Meslek Yüksekokulu öğrencilerine kullanılmakta olan online eğitim sistemlerinin etkinliğini ve verimliliğini ölçmeye yönelik Bilgi Sistemleri Başarı Modeli ve Teknoloji Kabul Modeli kullanılarak anket uygulanmıştır. Anketin sonuçları; SPSS 22 paket yazılımı ile analiz edilmiş ve analiz sonuçları değerlendirilmiştir. Gerçekleştirilen bu istatistiksel analizler sonucunda bilgi kalitesinin ve algılanan kullanım kolaylığının algılanan fayda üzerinde anlamlı etkileri olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır. Bu sonuç; uzaktan eğitim sistemini kullanan öğrencilerin aldıkları eğitimde verilen bilgi kalitesinin yüksek olması ile eğitimden algıladıkları fayda arasında doğru orantı olduğunu düşündüklerini göstermektedir. Benzer bir algının, algılanan kullanım kolaylığı ile algılanan fayda arasında da mevcut olduğu görülmüştür. Yine analizlerden çıkan başka bir sonuç ise; eğitim kalitesi, bilgi kalitesi, algılanan kullanım kolaylığı ve algılanan fayda değişkenlerinin öğrenci memnuniyetini olumlu yönde etkilediği sonucuna varılmıştır.

Abstract:

With the emergence of the Covid-19 epidemic, the trend of use of online systems in many different stages of education is rapidly rising. The popularity of online educational platforms has revealed the need to analyze the impact of these platforms on education, teachers and students. In this study, the survey was implemented using the Information Systems Success Model and Technology Admission Model to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of online education systems that are used for OSTIM Technical University Professional High School students. The results of the survey were analyzed using the SPSS 22 package software and the results of the analysis were evaluated. These statistical analyses have concluded that the quality of information and the ease of use perceived have a significant impact on the perceived benefit. This result shows that students using the remote education system believe that the high quality of the information provided in their education and the benefits they perceive from education are the correct ratio. A similar perception has also been found to exist between the ease of perception and the benefit of perception. Another outcome from the analysis is that the quality of education, the quality of information, the ease of use and the beneficial variables that are perceived have a positive impact on student satisfaction.

The frequent use of online education platforms has revealed the need to analyze the effects of these platforms on education, teachers and students. In this study; A questionnaire was applied to OSTIM Technical University Vocational School students to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of the online education systems currently used. This survey results; It has been analyzed with SPSS 22 package software using the Information Systems Success Model and Technology Acceptance Model. As a result of these statistical analyzes, it was concluded that information quality and perceived ease of use had significant effects on perceived usefulness. This result; It shows that students using the distance education system think that there is a direct proportion between the high quality of information provided in the education they receive and the benefit they perceive from education. A similar perception was observed between perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness. Another result from the analysis is; It was concluded that the variables of education quality, information quality, perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness positively affect student satisfaction.
