Kutadgu Bilig, which means information that gives happiness, consisting of 6645 beats, is an important work that is an example of the mushroom type. This work is written to show man the way to be happy in both worlds. In this study, a moral, a book of advice, Kutadgu Bilig’s mental facts were sought to study the emotional facts. Mental facts are studied on the basis of understanding. My meaning is concerned with coded meanings in the language. The mental facts that express the state of the emotional facts are assessed under five titles. A total of thirty facts have been identified. These facts have been identified in the dictionaries of historical periods. These facts are defined and numerical as follows: 1) 17 facts expressing desire and desire are identified. In the root state: 1, in the body state: 8, united facts: 8, 2) happiness and unity are identified 8 facts. These facts are as follows: in body state: 7, Joint facts: name + yrd. with action. and one. F. 1, 3) Four facts that express enthusiasm and joy have been identified.
