Abstract:

Natural elements have been important for man since the beginning of life. In the myths of the creation, the first human being was formed in a cave as a result of water and earth. From the oldest mythical stories to the folk poems, the nature is usually a part of the existence, and the land is a part of the existence. In love with nature, the lovers used all the elements of nature while transmitting their feelings and thoughts in their poems.  The Tradition of Love is one of the basic dynamics of the Turkish verbal culture tradition. Kam, look, the lovers who followed the ozans in Anadolu, when we think about the context of the primary cultural environment, have preserved and transferred cultural codes to the future generations. In this context, lovers have important functions in terms of continuity of Turkish culture. Veysel Şatıroğlu, born in 1894 in the village of Sivrialan in Sivas, loses his eyes at a young age due to a flower disease. He begins to speak with his father, and he begins to speak with his father. Their eyes do not see and the great pain they suffer makes them mature in the art. Âşık Veysel is a lover who expressed his feelings and thoughts in a clear and clean way using Turkish. In his poems he put the elements of nature in his poems, and the most important subject of the tasavvuf was the "Ansir-i erbaa" in his poems. In this article, the poem of Âşık Veysel, "Black Land", is resolved with an ontological approach.
