So many results that aren't mine?

23.9.2013 tarihinden itibaren Anayasa Mahkemesi norm kontrolü yanın- da anayasa şikayetlerini de incelemek zorundadır. Burada önemli olan konu sözkonusu hukuki çarenin Türk hukuk sistemine girmiş olması değildir, önemli olan sözkonusu hukuki çarede hangi kriterlerin kullanıldığıdır. Bu makale Alman Federal Anayasa Mahkemesinin özgül anayasa hukuku ihlallerini diğer ihlallerden ayırmada kullandığı bazı prensipleri ele almaktadır.
