Şems gazetesi, II. Meşrutiyet Dönemi'nin özgür basın ortamında İstanbul'da yayımlanan İran diasporasının Fars dilindeki bir yayınıdır ve İstanbul'daki İranlıların siyasi ve sosyal hayatlarına dair kesitler sunar. 1908 Haziran'ında Muhammed Ali Şah'ın emriyle Tahran'da meclisin topa tutturulması ile başlayan İstibdat-ı Sağir Dönemi'nde, anayasal reformcu muhalefetin İran'da yeniden meşrutiyetin tesis edilmesine yönelik kamuoyu oluşturması açısından önem arz eder. Bu makalede Şems gazetesinin 1908-1909 yılları arasında yayımlanan sayılarından yola çıkarak İstanbul'daki İranlılar ve meşrutiyet hareketlerine olan katkıları konu edilecektir.
The Newspaper, II. It is an edition in Persian language of the Iranian diaspora, published in Istanbul in the free press environment of the Legacy Period, and provides cuts about the political and social lives of the Iranians in Istanbul. In June 1908, at the order of Muhammad Ali Shah, the Parliament in Tehran began with the holding of the ball, the Constitutional Reformist Opposition was of importance in terms of the creation of a public for the re-establishment of legitimacy in Iran. This article will be based on the numbers published by the Shems newspaper between 1908-1909 and will discuss the contribution of the Iranians and the legitimacy movements in Istanbul.
