Nitel yaklaşımlı; doküman incelemesi yöntemiyle yapılan bu çalışmanın amacı; 2013-2021 yılları arasında MEB Okulöncesi Eğitim Programını temel alarak yapılmış lisansüstü tezleri yılları, hangi üniversite - enstitü bünyesinde hazırlandıkları, hangi illerde uygulandıkları, araştırma yaklaşımları, araştırma yöntemleri / desenleri, örneklem yöntemleri, örneklemleri / çalışma grupları, veri toplama yöntemleri / araçları, konuları (temel amaçları), temel sonuçları ve sundukları temel önerileri bakımından incelemektir. Çalışmada amaçlı örnekleme yöntemlerinden ölçüt örnekleme yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Verilerin kaynağı YÖK Ulusal Tez Merkezi veri tabanında yer alan ve erişim izni bulunan 2013-2021 yılları arasında MEB Okulöncesi Eğitim Programını temel alarak hazırlanmış olan 49 tezdir. Araştırmada veriler araştırmacı tarafından oluşturulmuş "Tez İnceleme Formu" doğrultusunda doküman analizi tekniği kullanılarak elde edilmiştir. Araştırmada ulaşılan temel sonuçlara bakıldığında; 2013-2021 yılları arasında MEB Okulöncesi Eğitim Programını konu alan en fazla tezin (f=8) 2017 yılında hazırlandığı, 49 tezden 40'ının yüksek lisans tezi olduğu, 21 farklı üniversiteden en fazla Gazi Üniversitesi bünyesinde çalışma yürütüldüğü, en çok eğitim bilimleri enstitülerinin çalışmalarında konuya yer verdiği, tek şehirden evren-örneklem alınan 32, birden fazla şehirden örneklem alınan 7 tezin olduğu, örneklemlerin büyük çoğunlukta öğretmenlerden oluştuğu, örneklem yöntemlerinden en çok amaçsal örneklem yönteminin kullanıldığı, nicel yaklaşımlı çalışmaların(f=21) çoğunlukta olduğu, betimsel tarama yöntemine(f=25) sıklıkla başvurulduğu, veri toplama aracı olarak en fazla kişisel bilgi formu (f=37) ve ölçeklere (f=33) başvurulduğu, tezlerin konuları (temel amaçları) ve temel sonuçları incelendiğinde, çalışmaların "MEB Okulöncesi Eğitim Programının Çeşitli Yönlerden Değerlendirilmesi" - "MEB Okulöncesi Eğitim Programının Diğer Eğitim Programları / Öğretim Yöntem ve Teknikleriyle İlişkisi - Karşılaştırılması" - "MEB Okulöncesi Eğitim Programının Sahada Uygulama Durumları/Yansımaları" - "Süreli/Süresiz Yayınların MEB Okulöncesi Eğitim Programına İçeriğinde Yer Verme Durumları" olarak 4 ana kategoride toplandığı, çalışmalarda en sık verilen önerilerin programın çeşitli yönlerden zenginleştirilerek güncellenmesi (f=32) ve öğretmenlerin programla ilgili hizmetiçi eğitimlere tabi tutulması (f=29) sonuçlarına ulaşılmıştır.
Qualitative approach; the purpose of this study is to study the years of postgraduate theses made on the basis of the MEB Pre-School Education Program between 2013-2021, which university - institute they are prepared within, which provinces they are applied, research approaches, research methods / patterns, sampling methods, samplings / working groups, data collection methods / tools, subjects (found objectives), basic results and basic recommendations they offer. The method of sampling is used for the purposes of study. The source of the data is the 49 theses that are prepared on the basis of the MEB Pre-School Education Program between 2013-2021 years with access permission in the database of the YÖK National Thesis Center. In the study, the data was obtained using the document analysis technique according to the "Tesis Review Form" created by the researcher.
