Abstract:

Bu çalışmanın amacı, sosyal sermaye yaklaşımının insan kaynakları boyutunu ve kavramların birbiri ile ilişkisini ve karşılıklılığını sergilemektir. İnsan kaynakları politikaları ve yetkin ve gelişkin insan sermayesi, çalışma performansını doğrudan etkileyen unsurlardır. Dolayısıyla insan sermayesi ya da entelektüel kapital olarak insan kaynaklarının önemi giderek artmaktadır. Çalışmada, sosyal kapitali etkileyen unsurlar olarak bu süreçlerde yaşanan değişimler, Francis Fukuyama’nın “Büyük çöküş” ve “Güven” eserleri çerçevesinde analiz edilmektedir.
