Bu çalışma postpartum dönemdeki annelere Whatsapp uygulaması üzerinden verilen yenidoğan ebe danışmanlık desteğinin, annelerin, annelik fonksiyonuna, maternal bağlanmasına ve yenidoğanı algılamasına etkisini değerlendirmek amacıyla randomize kontrol gruplu müdahalesel bir çalışma olarak yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklemini bir üniversite hastanesinde doğum yapan 60 anne oluşturmuştur (30 müdahale, 30 kontrol grubu). Veriler Kişisel Bilgi Formu, Görsel Analog Hasta Tatmin Skalası (GAHTS), Barkin Annelik Fonksiyonu Envanteri (BAF), Maternal Bağlanma Ölçeği (MBÖ), Yenidoğanı Algılama Ölçeği (YAÖ-I-II) ile toplanmıştır. Veri toplama işlemi, araştırmacı tarafından bir kez yüz yüze görüşme yöntemi ve sonraki görüşmeler Whatsapp uygulaması üzerinden olacak şekilde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Taburcu olduktan sonra müdahale grubundaki annelere postpartum 1,5 ay süresince Whatsapp’tan yenidoğan bakım danışmanlığı verilmiştir. Kontrol grubu rutin sürece bırakılmıştır. Veriler bilgisayarda SPSS 22.0 programında değerlendirilmiştir. Müdahale ve kontrol grubundaki annelerin yaş ortalaması 28,23±4,75 ve 27,86±4,84’tür. Postpartum 1,5 ay sonra danışmanlık alan annelerin BAF, MBÖ ve YAÖ- I ve YAÖ- II puan ortalamalarının kontrol grubuna göre istatistiksel olarak anlamlı derecede yüksek olduğu saptanmıştır (p<0,05). Ayrıca annelerin BAF ile MBÖ puanları arasında önemli düzeyde pozitif yönde bir ilişki olduğu saptanmıştır. Maternal bağlanma arttıkça annelik fonksiyonları da artmaktadır. Sonuç olarak postpartum dönemde annelere ebe tarafından Whatsapp ile verilen danışmanlığın, annelerin, annelik fonksiyonunda, yenidoğanı algılamasında ve maternal bağlanmada olumlu etkili olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
This study was conducted as a randomized control group study with the aim of assessing the impact of the newborn parental advice support given to mothers in postpartum period through the Whatsapp application on the mother's maternity function, maternal connectivity and the detection of the newborn. The sample of the study was made by 60 mothers who were born in a university hospital (30 interventions, 30 control groups). The data is collected with the Personal Information Form, the Visual Analog Patient Satisfaction Scale (GAHTS), the Barkin Motherhood Function Reserve (BAF), the Maternal Connection Scale (MBÖ), the Newborn Detection Scale (YAH-I-II). The process of data collection was carried out by the researcher in such a way that once face-to-face conversation method and subsequent conversations will be through the Whatsapp application. After the departure, the mothers in the intervention group were given newborn care advice from Whatsapp for a postpartum period of 1.5 months. The control group is routine. The data on the computer is evaluated in the SPSS 22.0 program. The average age of mothers in the intervention and control group is 28,23±4,75 and 27,86±4,84. After 1.5 months of postpartum consultation, the matters who received BAF, MBA and I and II score average was statistically significantly higher compared to the control group (p<0,05). It is also found that mothers have a significantly positive relationship between BAF and MBÖ scores. As maternal connectivity increases, maternal functions also increase. As a result, the advice given to the mothers by the mother through Whatsapp in postpartum period has been found to have a positive effect on the mother's maternity function, the detection of the newborn and the maternal connection.
This study was conducted to evaluate the effect of neonatal midwife counseling given to mother in postpartum period on maternal function, maternal attachment and perception of newborn as an interventional study with a randomized control group. The sample of the study consisted of 60 mother giving birth in a university hospital (30 counseling, 30 control groups). Data were collected by Personal Information Form, Visual Analogue Patient Satisfaction Scale (GAHTS), Barkin Maternity Function Inventory (BAF), Maternal Attachment Scale (MBÖ), Newborn Perception Scale (YAÖ-I-II). Data collection was carried out by the researcher once in a face-to-face interview method and subsequent interviews were carried out via Whatsapp. After discharge, mother in the counseling group were given neonatal care counseling via Whatsapp for 1.5 months postpartum. The control group was left to the routine process. The data were evaluated on the computer in SPSS 22.0 program. The averageage of mother in the counseling and control group is 28.23±4.75 and 27.86±4.84. The mean scores of BAF, Maternal Attachment Scale MAÖ and YAÖ-I and YAÖ- II of mothers receiving counseling after 1.5 months postpartum were statistically significant compared to the control group. It was found to be high (p <0.05). In addition, a significant positive correlation was found between maternal attachment of mothers and Barkin's maternal functions. Maternal functions increase as maternal attachment increases. As a result, it was found that counseling given to mother via Whatsapp in postpartum period was effective in maternal function, perception of newborn and maternal attachment.
